Who we are
Nevado Limited is a digital agency registered in England and Wales (company number 05805708). Our address is 25 Effie Road, Fulham, London SW6 1EL.
We're the controller for the personal data described here, which means we decide how and why it's used. If you have any questions, email privacy@nevado.co.uk.
What we collect
When you visit the website. Our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, so the site can be delivered and kept secure. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also records how you use the site (see below).
When you get in touch. If you email, call or message us about a project, a job or anything else, we keep your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us. Enquiries go to a shared inbox read by our team. We don't send marketing emails.
When you apply for a job. We keep your CV, cover letter and any notes from the process.
We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- Technical data from your visit: to deliver the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Analytics: to understand which pages are useful and improve the site. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Enquiries: to reply to you and, if we work together, to set that up. Legal basis: legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract.
- Job applications: to consider you for the role. Legal basis: legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract.
- Legal requests: to meet our legal obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner (Cookiebot). It tells us things like which pages people visit and how they found us. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Our cookie policy lists the cookies we use.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of suppliers who process data for us:
- Vercel: website hosting
- Google: Google Analytics, if you consent
- Usercentrics (Cookiebot): records your cookie choice
- Google: email (Google Workspace)
We may also share data where the law requires it, for example with the police or a regulator.
Data outside the UK
Some suppliers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Those transfers are protected:
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Workspace) relies on the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, also known as the UK-US data bridge.
- Vercel is certified under the Data Privacy Framework and also uses the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.
- Cookiebot (Usercentrics) is based in the EU, which the UK recognises as giving adequate protection.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: two years after we last heard from you. If we go on to work together, for as long as we work together and six years after, as we need to keep business records for that long.
- Job applications: six months after the role is filled. If you'd like us to keep your details for future roles, we'll ask first.
- Analytics: Google Analytics keeps data linked to your browser for up to 14 months.
- Your cookie choice: remembered for 12 months, then we ask again.
- Hosting logs: a few days.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the data we hold about you
- correct it

You also have the right not to be subject to decisions made only by automated means (we don't make any), and to withdraw your consent at any time.
