Extraordinary Journeys is a luxury travel operator specialising in tailor-made safaris and global journeys.

Founded in 2009 by a mother-daughter duo, the company brings deep firsthand expertise and a highly personal approach to every trip it crafts. Recognised by Travel + Leisure and Condé Nast Traveler, the company now operates across 39 countries on five continents and has partnered with French travel brand Voyageurs du Monde to extend its reach and its commitment to sustainable travel.

What we've done

Designed and built a new website, interpreting established brand guidelines into a modern web design and shifting Extraordinary Journeys from WordPress to Prismic's headless CMS.
Continued post-launch support: performance monitoring, SEO optimisation, UX evolutions, and ongoing maintenance.
Extended our remit from Marketing into technical strategy around the systems, tools and AI used by Sales and Operations.
